Summary and process

The Digital Product Management bootcamp is designed to build the core capabilities needed for product owner and product manager roles. The experiential, scenario-based approach is an ideal opportunity to discover the impact of 'outcome-focused agile'. Participants will explore the full product lifecycle, by learning the key skills required to go from and idea to customer success.

Our onsite bootcamp format is 4 days with our coaches. Our online bootcamp format is 8 days 32 hour live session bootcamp delivered in 8 x 4h sessions, to suit your schedule. For this bootcamp, each learner should estimate 1-3 hours of extra engagement in an e-learning environment.

PriceCo (your bootcamp employer) onboarding. Understanding Agile Fundamentals, key terminology, and benefits of Agile. Understanding the problem and customer profiles.

Ideation and defining the vision for the product by understanding the customer and the value that the product needs to deliver.

Epics & Story

The product backbone definition based on the product vision. User story writing – understand the benefits of small user stories and learn to write clear user stories.

Acceptance criteria writing and understanding the definition of done. KPIs and Agile product metrics.

Understanding the benefits of doing estimation well & prioritization, reordering and refinement of the backlog.

Roadmap development, Defining stakeholder strategy, and Sprint planning.

Release planning and estimation. Breaking silos and developing empathy-led products.

You might have had exposure to product development concepts, and even have product owner or product manager responsibilities in your current role. In either context, this bootcamp will provide an opportunity to experience the product life cycle from problem to solution.

Preparation

All classes are held in English, so you need a professional working proficiency level of English. As classes are held online, you need to be able to connect to the classes, using your camera and microphone. There might be some software that you need to enable on your device.

Can I follow the Digital Product Management bootcamp besides my full-time job? 

Yes, you can. We ask an average investment of 5-7 hours of learning per week. 4 hours of that investment will be during our weekly 4-hour live session. These sessions will be during the morning or afternoon, depending on your bootcamp schedule. The additional hours of learning will be homework, preparation or the completion of online learning kits.

Are there any prerequisites to do this bootcamp?

Since this bootcamp is designed for entry-level knowledge of Digital Product Mangement, there is no prior experience or knowledge necessary to follow along in the bootcamp. However, since all of our live sessions, learning kits and homework will be in English, you need a professional working proficiency level of English to make sure you achieve the best outcomes.

What kind of job can I get after this bootcamp?

Depending on your existing skillset and personal learning objectives, you will be able to start in the role of a Junior Product Owner, Junior Product Manager or Business Analyst. The bootcamp will give you an opportunity to research and experience the different roles within Digital Product Management that are most suitable for you.
