Summary and process

Our ambition is to define and deliver the global standard for customer excellence. This will involve building a global brand and help organisations and individuals in delivering great customer experiences.

To help us do this, we are looking for a bootcamp facilitator on project base to support the delivery of MadeFor bootcamps together with our lead coaches. As a bootcamp facilitator, you function as the participants’ main point of contact, run the technical setup of the bootcamp, explain exercises to the learners and make sure they’re engaged and prepared during their full learning journey.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the successful delivery of MadeFor bootcamps by setting up the right tools, supporting participants throughout their learning experience and hosting the live sessions of our bootcamps.

What you’ll be doing:


Participant management

  • Motivate and energise MadeFor participants during the live session and initiate polls and check-ins to evaluate on the learning experience.
  • Function as MadeFor’s main point of contact for all participants and report to MadeFor’s admissions manager.

Bootcamp production

  • Lead the technical set-up of live sessions and become fluent in a variety of different online tools.
  • Capture content (pictures, video’s, quotes and pulse survey results) during the sessions in to support MadeFor promotion on our marketing channels.  
  • Guard the timing of the sessions, control the break out rooms and manage the Miro board to ensure an effective session.


Technical set-up and evaluation

  • Manage, update and iterate our online learning tools that will support participants prior, during and after bootcamp participation.
  • In collaboration with the team, monitor feedback and analyse statistics to immediately improve the learning experience of our participants.

You have:

  • A bachelor’s degree or proven experience in the field of customer experience.
  • You are eager to learn new skills, experience the startup environment, and contribute to MadeFor.
  • Strong interpersonal, facilitation and communication skills.
  • Affinity with tech- and design tools such as: Miro, Figma, Teachable and Canva.
  • Affinity with video conferencing and communication tools such as: Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Slack.  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Willingness to travel as required, whenever the situation allows us.

  • Facilitator: you get energised from talking to a group of people and have the ability to get a whole group on board. From providing explanations to clarifications, your goal is to deliver the message effectively.

The small print:

  • You must be able to work in the EU with no visa requirements or restrictions, and have no existing preclusion from working in the USA.
  • You must be flexible to travel, including internationally when times allow us.
  • You will be provided with all technology, insurances and expenses to enable you to perform your duties as expected.
  • Membership of a professional body is not required, but all professional certifications and memberships should be detailed in your application for this post.
  • You must declare up front, any restrictions on the nature of work that you can perform, including any client-specific covenants in place that would limit your ability to work for them.
