In a world where change becomes a constant, organisations need to adapt and implement ways to be comfortable with constant improvement and innovation. This bootcamp offers participants insights into the importance of the Customer Way principle that ‘change is inevitable’ and sets you up with practical concepts and tools to grow this thinking in your team and organisation.

16 hour live session bootcamp delivered in 4 x 4h sessions, with one session held per week. For this bootcamp a learner should estimate 2-3 hours of extra engagement in an e-learning environment.

Preparation

All classes are held in English, so you need a professional working proficiency level ofEnglish. As classes are held online, you need to be able to connect to the classes, use your camera and microphone. There might be some software that you need to enable on your device.

Why is learning about Customer Tech relevant today? 

In an effort to deliver customer outcomes efficiently and effectively, a large proportion of your efforts can be automated. Selecting and organising the right solutions, is a fundamental aspect of lifting ordinary interactions to effective customer experiences. Customer Technology allows you and your organisation to differentiate in a competitive market, by improving your standard on customer excellence and drive meaningful relationships.  

Who will be my fellow bootcampers?

Among your fellow bootcampers you will meet business- and data analysts, engineers and developers, who want to upgrade their skills and become more strategic in their work, as well as professionals from connected Customer Experience disciplines who want to broaden their skills and accelerate their performance.

Can I follow the Customer Tech bootcamp besides my full-time job? 

Yes, you can. We ask an average investment of 5-7 hours of learning per week. 4 hours of that investment will be during our weekly 4-hour live session. These sessions will be during the morning or afternoon, depending on your bootcamp schedule. The additional hours of learning will be homework, preparation or the completion of online learning kits.

Are there any prerequisites to do this bootcamp? 

Since this bootcamp is designed for entry-level knowledge of Customer Technology, there is no prior experience or knowledge necessary to follow along in the bootcamp. It would be helpful if you have natural interest and take on technology, but it is not essential. However, since all of our live sessions, learning kits and homework will be in English, you need a professional working proficiency level of English to make sure you achieve the best outcomes.

What kind of job can I get after this bootcamp?

This bootcamp is focussed on broadening your skills, rather than preparing you for a specific role. The gained skills will defiantly accelerate your business analyst, product management, product owner, service design, customer journey manager and other customer experience field career.
